@pnbindia My father's PNB account does not have a registered mobile number. We submitted the mobile number update form at the branch 7 days ago, but the branch staff are saying that because it is an old account, the mobile number cannot be linked. Please look into this matter.

My eRupee transaction of ₹6000 is stuck in "Pending/In Progress" since 09 April 2026 (Transaction ID: INBYRMtXVu0hCwHXha5NAjs73PWlhhJw040).
It has been more than 48 hours and the amount is not refunded yet.
This is urgent. Kindly resolve immediately.
