Travelling from Santacruz to Chembur Autos parked at the start of Halav pul flyover+vehicles taking U-turns from the opposite side=daily chaos. 30+ mins to cross just 3 km.This has become routine and no one acts. @MTPHereToHelp @MumbaiPolice @mybmc kindly look into this matter.
