@KirstiMiller30 Did you see the post from an GLBTQA advisory council member who quit the role with the NSW government because Chris Minns had gone full 'Gavin Newsom'? I can't remember the post but it all makes sense now.
@JPMasters@RitaPanahi Spot on but unfortunately now there's other players on the field particularly here in South Australia. I believe this could explain a lot about the desire to roll back abortion access within the state.

@curtin_rc@dyrenfurth@KosSamaras The Queensland LNP proposed a resolution last year at their state convention regarding bathrooms and toilets.

I can't believe I took the time out to watch the maiden speech of my local One Nation MP today. In the words of George W. Bush that “was some weird shit.” I think I'm very slowly starting to regret not putting the Liberal candidate above ON! #saparli
#Hobart has recorded its hottest May day in 144 years of records, exceeding the old record of 25.7°C by well over a degree, on a day when May #heat records were broken in 4 states. 🌡️ https://t.co/cT06AZYSOt
Tennessee just passed a "free speech" law that lets colleges expel students for protesting anti-LGBTQ speakers. They named it after Charlie Kirk, who ran a Professor Watchlist targeting academics he disagreed with. "Free speech" means "our speech, your silence."
Chantelle Thomas, the elected One Nation MP in Narungga didn't realise she needs to travel to Adelaide to sit in parliment. She thought she could do it digitally. Oh man, my preference vote is going to be great fun! But hey, I'm still glad it didn't go the Liberals. #saparli
