If this appears on your timeline kindly Repost! We are urgently looking for anyone who can identify these people please. They walked out after enjoying more than a full meal at the restaurant at Cresta mall, leaving with the R1000 bill.
@BiancavanWyk16 This was bound to happen. Why would the landlord put the jojo tank in van tonder’s side of the property instead of putting it in a neutral space!
Do you recognize this driver or truck? The driver filled up R13000 diesel at Engen Simjees on M19 westbound in Clare Hills, Durban & fled without paying leaving the station attendant to pay from their pockets. If you know this driver or the truck please contact the nearest SAPS.
I was at a Health Committee oversight meeting at Bara Hospital today - cancer patients suffer terribly because of staff and equipment shortages. It takes 6 months to get the diagnosis report from a CT Scan!

IT found her laptop at the service desk with a Post-it note that read "You won."
That was her whole resignation letter.
January: She joined excitedly. First to arrive, last to leave.
Her manager noticed immediately.
"Finally, someone who cares about excellence."
February: First "feedback" session.
"Your analysis was good, but next time, dig deeper."
She stayed until 9 PM redoing work that was already solid.
April: Another review.
"I need you to be more strategic."
"What does that mean specifically?" she asked.
"If you have to ask..."
She stopped asking.
June: Team meeting.
She presented a new process that would save 20 hours a week.
"Interesting, but let's stick with what already works."
August: Her ideas stopped coming.
Her manager noticed.
"You used to contribute more. What happened?"
October: Performance review.
"Meets expectations."
"Wait. I exceeded every goal..."
"Your engagement just seems low. You can do better."
December: She worked through the holidays.
Fixed a crisis that saved a major client.
Monday morning: "Next time, loop me in sooner."
February, year two: She stopped staying late.
Her manager called her in.
"I'm concerned about your commitment."
March: She went quiet in meetings.
Only spoke when asked directly.
Always agreed.
Never pushed back.
"Finally," her manager told his boss.
"She's becoming coachable."
May: The Post-it note.
IT found it when they went to reset her laptop.
Two words that said everything.
Her manager was furious.
"No notice? No explanation? Completely unprofessional."
And in 6 months later.
Still haven't found a replacement.
The last three candidates asked specific questions about "management style" and "feedback culture."
All three declined the offer.
Her former manager still tells people:
"She couldn't handle high standards."
She's now running product at their competitor.
That process she pitched in June?
She launched it last month.
It's crushing her competition.
The truth?
Some managers don't build teams.
They create turnover reports.
One resignation Post-it note at a time.
There’s a homeless man who sits outside my office building. Most people cross the street to avoid him. He talks to himself, wears layers of dirty coats even in summer. Yesterday, a young girl maybe 19, dropped her wallet while running for the bus. She didn’t notice, but he did. He picked it up. I watched, cynical, waiting for him to pocket the cash. Instead, he started running. This man, who can barely walk, sprinted after the bus, waving his arms. He caught up just as the doors closed and handed it back to her. She looked terrified of him at first, then shocked. When he walked back, he was out of breath but smiling. I asked him if he wanted a reward. He shook his head. "She had a picture of her baby in the clear pocket," he said. "She needs that money more than I do." We judge so quickly, yet see so little.
JMPD Director Angie Mokasi continues the city-wide crackdown on unroadworthy and non-compliant scholar transport, now in Region G. Inspections are underway and decisive action is being taken against so-called “moving coffin” taxis. Lawlessness will not be tolerated. Unsafe and non-compliant vehicles are removed from the road immediately to protect commuters and restore order.

Never accept a counteroffer—even if it’s a 100% hike.
Being in HR, I’ve seen this play out more times than you think.
A candidate I was hiring for was earning 100,000.
He got a new offer of 170,000, a solid jump.
But within 15 minutes of the offer letter hitting his inbox, he backed out.
His current company dangled a 190,000 counter-offer and he accepted it immediately.
Fast forward 4 months…
The same candidate messaged me again.
His company had laid him off and replaced him with a cheaper resource.
His message started with:
Hi sir, I’m really sorry… do you have any openings?
This is exactly why I keep saying this:
👉 A counter-offer is not a reward. It’s a strategy to buy time until they find someone cheaper.
👉 Loyalty doesn’t magically increase with money.
👉 If they valued you, they wouldn’t wait until your resignation to pay you fairly.
Please don’t fall for counter-offers. It looks like a win… until it isn’t.
HR Asked for 5 Minutes—After an employee's Resignation
Two weeks ago, Andrew walked into the HR manager’s office.
He wasn’t upset.
He wasn’t angry.
And that was what worried HR the most.
He sat down.
Placed his resignation letter on the table.
And said, with a calmness that hurt:
“Thank you for everything. I’ve already made my decision.”
HR asked him for five minutes.
- Not to convince him.
- Not to negotiate.
Just to understand.
They offered him a coffee and asked what many managers ask first:
“Is it the salary? Another offer?”
Andrew shook his head.
His voice broke as he said something he had held in for far too long:
“I feel invisible. No one listens to me. No one sees me.”
That’s when HR understood everything.
Andrew had gone from being the most committed employee
to someone who simply showed up and met the schedule.
And like many leaders do,
HR had mistaken silence for stability.
HR signed the resignation.
Andrew left.
But his words stayed.
👉 People don’t quit just for money.
👉 They resign when they no longer feel they matter.
👉 They resign when speaking up feels useless.
So let me ask you—honestly, without filters:
Who are you ignoring on your team?
Who is tired of asking for space without making a sound?
Because talent doesn’t leave overnight.
First, it checks out emotionally.
There is a young woman by the name of Noluthando Kossi, originally from Durban, South Africa, who is currently in Thailand 🇹🇭. She works at Beacon House Yamsaard in Rangsit, Pathum Thani. Previously, she worked at Princess Sirindhorn’s College in Nakhon Pathom, and later at a school in Lad Prao, Bangkok.
We are sharing this information because Noluthando is currently unwell. She has not reported to work since last Monday, and it has been reported that she has been wandering around the Lumpini Township area, Khlong 1. She appears to be dehydrated and has not eaten.
We are urgently requesting assistance in locating her close family members, such as her mother, brother, or sisters. If anyone has any information that may help, please share it with us. Noluthando is a very private and reserved person and does not often communicate with others.
We are concerned that she may be experiencing mental health challenges and needs immediate care and support.

Dear Recruiters,
If you’ve already decided who’s getting the job, please, let’s normalize not holding interviews just for the sake of it.
People are out here borrowing money for transport, buying clothes they can’t afford, and building up hope they can’t afford to lose. It’s rough out there.
A little transparency goes a long way. It’s not just about the job; it’s about respecting people’s time, effort, and dignity.
Let's do better in 2026.
Before bed, please read this prophetic prayer ❤
Read 1 Corinthians 2:9. It says, "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him." God's wonderful plans are far beyond what human eyes can see, ears can hear, or minds can imagine. To those who love Him, He has prepared amazing blessings and glory, which no one has ever fully dreamed or understood. Trust Him.
Tribal chiefs are not elected officials. They don't provide any service. They don't even work. Yet, it costs the taxpayer over 200 million rands every year to funds their lives. Why?

Even after Trump’s warnings, the Islamic Republic continues executing protesters.

He was arrested in the early days of the protests in Mashhad.
