I agree. Very sentimental to me. I was 130lbs and the interwebs was slow af. That book was a catalyst for my fitness adventure.
My last year thesis eventually was designing a fitness center, from design, working drawings, model etc.
When I stopped carrying the Arnold book with me to university my youngest brother got a hold of it and became a monster in high school. It found a new host. lol.
Over 100lbs and 30 years later, was a PT and eventually wrote/illustrated a fitness book. And the stuff I do today is from buying, reading and carrying that book.
We never know what ember sparks the fire in us, sometimes a good book. Maybe eventually we become that ember to others.
