I ordered a TV from @SamsungUS June 28th with delivery through @BestBuySupport scheduled and confirmed July 3rd. I received an email today asking me to reschedule my appointment and the earliest available day is July 14th. Unacceptable practice from these companies.

Funniest thing was when a best buy supervisor suggested i cancel the order with Samsung and just reorder through Best Buy. Great, except I would miss out on $500 of promo discounts. Unable to change order to pick up either. Real shame.
