All services at DHA have returned to normal following the nationwide Optus outage yesterday.

Update re the nationwide Optus outage
Optus are in the process of restoring services across the country. Considering the breadth of the outage, this may take some time.
We can confirm that DHA contact centre phone lines are operational.

Optus is currently experiencing a nationwide outage which is impacting services for DHA. This will have an impact on all calls to DHA contact centres and fixed lines.
There is no time frame of when the services will be back online.
