In 2007, Alex Iwobi ended a 5 year Civil War in Nigeria by scoring and helping them win against Madagascar. He asked that the game be played in Owerri, a rebel stronghold, then got on his knees & pleaded with rebels to drop their arms, and they took pictures.
Good night❤️
The mf should hold that. What annoys me most is the patience shown to Wirtz and the complete lack of it for Sesko. They come from the same league and are roughly the same age. Wirtz cost a lot more than Sesko, and both joined two of the biggest clubs in England. So why is one written off while the other is given time?
Why isn’t that same energy directed at Isak and Gyokeres ? Isak arrived for a British-record fee at Liverpool, is Premier League-proven, and has only one or two goals. They’ll blame injuries, but Sesko has also been injured. Gyökeres is older than Sesko and has the same number of non-penalty goals, with less involvement in build-up play, yet he doesn’t receive the same level of criticism or hostility.

The funniest thing was finding out this morning that Jesus baby is now an erotic storyteller 😭.
This is why I don’t take overly religious people seriously. I usually hold nothing but empathy for such people cos I always assume they must be going through an identity crisis.
