The ability to fly or become an exotic car may be difficult but, if autonomous and used as an advanced safety feature, I could see it passing for the public. Not so much for stunts like this, but an autonomous wreck deter system. Flipping off a bridge becomes nothing more than a jolt before correction.

You don’t need a trillion, just have confidence and never take no for an answer. There is always someone out there who WILL say yes.
Build an approach and a gamelan then propose your speech to everyone and share it all over every single social there is.
Break out $5 for ads on the cheapest social (I think TikTok) and push the issue.
You could use things like poverty, recovery from addiction, fresh prison release angles to design your pitch based on the investor or donors passions. In the end, you all have the same goal.

I didn’t have the funds to do an animal rescue and I still don’t, but after years of dedication, I now have sponsors and donors who care for the rescues financially for the most part.

It took years and it will for you too.. but you can do it.
