@PMac___MAGA @BillyBallskin @esjesjesj Cool, if that is true go after both? We don't live in a world where you can only pick one bad thing to take care of.
@farazamiruddin So many people will also claim the first, but turn around and do LC hards for their next interview.
We need data from a company that does a ton of hiring where they stop doing LC for mid level+ engineers, and just hire based on personality fit, resume, and project questioning.
@justice_Tyr22 "Socialism, is the science of dealing with the common weal. Communism is not Socialism. Marxism is not Socialism. The Marxians have stolen the term and confused its meaning. I shall take Socialism away from the Socialists." - 1923 interview with Hitler
@VeganChristian3 IMO it's reallllly good. Way less of the intense beyond flavor. I'm sure that is going to be a bummer for some but I really enjoyed it. Reminded me of what I can remember turkey burger tasting like, though it has been quite some time.
@RoganX4 @stack_tracy_ Haha opposite here. Had to wake up at 3am to be to work at 4:30 am as a welder.
Haven't been able to get up in the morning since doing that. Forcing myself into that schedule was slow torture
@merycodes None of us know everything, the important part is knowing enough to figure out efficiently the bits you don't know when you need it.
You've got this!
@thechosenberg This can be true but it doesn't have to be. I often hold an open slack huddle and encourage anyone to pop in and chat about anything, or pair.
People just need to realize that WFH requires creative solutions, and that's what we as engineers are supposed to be good at.
@_anniebabannie_ I always encourage "junior" engineer coworkers and friends to drop that the second they get a job. You're a software engineer/developer/programmer whatever it is, add the rest of the title to boost your position, never to minimize it.
