To be clear: it's not a permanent barring, only while in jail/prison.

@VJAorg @RonFilipkowski @DeptVetAffairs @RepRubenGallego This is true for any vet in jail; these guys are not unique. Vets in jail lose their disability claim payments. It's not exactly surprising they'd lose access to their VA services, as well.

I'm more concerned about vets who've received an unwarranted dishonorable/BC discharge.

We received a referral directly from the school for mental health services. We are residents of Jackson County, MI.
