$HYPD capital structure is so atrocious due to $3.25 warrants with 2030 expiry. Assuming it can only trade at a modest premium to MNAV ~ say 1.2-1.5x, upside is completely capped even at huge hype prices likely has a beta of well under 1.0. Huge unforced error by me.

The only bull case I have left other than some vc skew from its treasury investments is if the warrants get exercised super near term. What I don’t get is @hyunsujung_ and team also aren’t aligned / have the upside they should earn because of this absurdly dilutive structure
