There is a wonderful tool developed by @MonSindex which will automatically search your PC’s temp folders and compare what it finds hundreds of known pieces of lost media. Highly highly recommend checking it out since this could absolutely change the game:

Here's an image of the character designs for the animated series "Rolling with the Ronks/Bienvenue chez les Ronks", which had many differences from the final version. These designs can be seen in the pilot that was shown only at festivals.
