Please note we are currently experiencing an internet outage issue, which is effecting a number of our clinical systems, including Anima and AccuRx. Please be patient while these issues are resolved.

Due to staff sickness, we will be closing Delapre Medical Centre @ midday today. All appointments will be transferred to Whitefields Surgery. Whitefields will answer all calls, but please expect long waits to be answered.

We are currently experiencing IT issues at the surgery, with the National Clinical System being down. This on top of large pressures on appointments is causing a delay in us being able to deal with requests this morning.

@BBCMorningLive The NHS are promoting a scheme where those with minor ailments go directly to a community pharmacy; it’s not all about the lack of GP appointments. It’s about seeing the most appropriate person for your complain. Stop blaming everything on GPs!
