> टीका लगाने वाली प्राधिकरण को केवल अभिभावक के हस्ताक्षर लेना ही पर्याप्त नहीं है, बल्कि अभिभावक को उनकी समझ की भाषा में वैक्सीन के संभावित दुष्प्रभावों की मौखिक जानकारी देना भी अनिवार्य है। साथ ही, MR जजमेंट के अनुसार HPV वैक्सीन के दुष्प्रभावों का आधा पेज का सार्वजनिक विज्ञापन प्रकाशित करना भी आवश्यक है।

मुख्य बिंदु:
✅ हस्ताक्षर के बिना टीकाकरण नहीं।
✅ अभिभावक की भाषा में दुष्प्रभावों की जानकारी दिए बिना सहमति मान्य नहीं।
✅ बच्चों को टीका लगाने से पहले अभिभावकों को जोखिमों की पूरी जानकारी देना अनिवार्य है।

स्वयंसेवक कार्रवाई:

If HPV vaccination is happening in your area (schools/camps/hospitals/PHCs), you must submit the AIM Covering Letter with Informed Consent Format to the concerned authority and clearly tell them this:

> The authority administering the vaccine is required not only to obtain the parent’s signature on the informed consent form, but also to verbally explain, in a language understood by the parent, the potential adverse effects of the vaccine. Additionally, as per the MR judgment, a half-page advertisement detailing the adverse effects of the HPV vaccine must be published.

Key point:
✅ No signature = no vaccine.
✅ No verbal explanation in the parent’s language = no informed consent.
✅ Parents must be informed in advance about risks/adverse effects before any child is vaccinated.

Volunteer action: Identify the drive → meet the officer/school authority → hand over the consent format → insist on informed consent procedure.
