@TheKhelIndia I am 44. I have been hearing for 20 years that india will improve at olympics. It never happens. On a global stage like olympics, india disappoints. The day it happens, will be truly happy but the endless wait has made me lose hope. No improvement has happened in last 20 years

@timeout_7 Real test is olympics. India's best at olympics is 7 medals with 1 gold which is very poor. Only when these numbers are improved, one can call improvement. Also anything less than 4-5 golds and 15-20 medals, is poor anyway

@AtrajitRoy84 @TweetinderKaul The thing is a lot of the sports are amateur sports. So the field that you see at olympics,you don't find at other events. At olympics, the competition is crazy. It is like all the tennis players play slams but miss other tournaments.Same with olympics with respect to many sports

@FarziCricketer Problem is not asian or commonwealth games. Problem is olympics. Olympics does lots of damage to india. The fact that on a global stage even one gold medal is rare when countless countries do better
