Non Profit Community Organization that is Fighting the #BDCP#cawaterfix & whatever they call it next -Tunnel project that will destroy our communities.
He could care less about the people he is supposed to represent. He is literally taking away any available safe guard that any other project would have to go through - expensive and creates NO NEW WATER ! #Tunnel
Looks like @CAgovernor wants to change a bunch of laws to ram through this terrible project. So much for the collaborative and comprehensive process promised in 2019. Sheesh!

Hey #Delta peeps, @CA_DWR says it will release controversial #Tunnel Final EIR in late 2023. Guess it will make for great holiday reading while the consultants take their fancy vacations.

New #cawater post from @sjvwater: Should the state take over groundwater management in Kings County? The clock is ticking to have a say https://t.co/xakkYuaECB
Wow, here’s an ad for the water buffalo/side deal Voluntary Agreements that would fail to restore needed freshwater flows into the Delta from our own Resources Agency.

So many better options than the controversial tunnel megaproject to secure our water future - let’s move on to truly adaptive and sustainable water projects for California!
@SaveHoodCA#Cawx#CaliforniaDelta
#CALeg@SenToniAtkins @AsmRobertRivas Governor's infrastructure package enables systemic exclusion of environmental, environmental justice, fishing and Delta community groups from input to #CAwater and other climate adaptation projects. https://t.co/qL6gIAjCW2
As if we don’t have enough nightmares to deal with- Nutria has been spotted @ Sherman Island. If you see a nutria while out on the water - report it to California Fish and Wildlife online (https://t.co/mCGQybpHTe), by email [email protected]
or call (866) 440-9530
Interesting timing to launch the portal at the same time as the @CAgovernor attempts to jam through trailer bills to remove or weaken environmental requirements applicable to the tunnel.

We have our own voice, & we know how to use it. If you haven't even bothered to consult us on what you're speaking about, don't say that you speak for us. Our next town council meeting is on June 15th at 5:30. Come by and at least meet the people you're "representing."
The changes Newsom has proposed would also make it easier to complete his controversial plan to build an underground tunnel to transport water from the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta to Southern California. #Fairness#CaiforniaDelta
