He could care less about the people he is supposed to represent. He is literally taking away any available safe guard that any other project would have to go through - expensive and creates NO NEW WATER ! #Tunnel

Looks like @CAgovernor wants to change a bunch of laws to ram through this terrible project. So much for the collaborative and comprehensive process promised in 2019. Sheesh!

Hey #Delta peeps, @CA_DWR says it will release controversial #Tunnel Final EIR in late 2023. Guess it will make for great holiday reading while the consultants take their fancy vacations.
