@actually796@mouvement33 California has among the most permissive regulations in the country that enable third parties to collect and submit the mail-in ballots of other voters.
@BlueGitana@XavierBecerra Becerra is a placeholder who advanced only because Swalwell was exposed as a perv, Porter as a psycho, and Steyer as a transparent billionaire poseur with no core. There is no there there.
@emkenobi Steyer is an egoist poseur. Becerra is known by his Biden administration peers to be brain dead. That leaves Hilton who is pragmatic and will help make California more prosperous and affordable for all.
@NYRural Raman is a socialist, like your friend AOC, so you would love her. But fortunately, your needs as an upstate New Yorker will have nothing to do with the outcome of this election in LA.
@barnes_law@ianmSC But why would those late Democrat votes go so disproportionately to Raman as opposed to following the trend of going predominantly to Bass? Also, Pratt is likely to get a higher percentage of votes from Democrats than traditional Republican candidates.
@333ofhearts@GrantMa25066011 Stop making shit up. Or parroting bullshit talking points. He ran a very successful, high volume, lucrative e-commerce business while returning to USC to get his bachelor's degree. Sorry if he didn't spend his life on the taxpayers' dole like Karen Bass.
@333ofhearts@GrantMa25066011 He was a college student. There's lots of college students with rich fathers who don't have the creativity or initiative to develop and sell a TV show concept and become its executive producer. So stop with this bogus never held a job bullshit.
@333ofhearts@GrantMa25066011 At the age of 20, Pratt sold the concept & co-created the reality show "The Princes of Malibu" on which he was Executive Producer. What did you do at 20?
@333ofhearts@GrantMa25066011 Nice parroting of talking points but the fact is that Pratt created that reality show at the age of 20 and was its Executive Producer. That's a job that was created by his own drive. He then started his own crystal business that raked in millions. What have you done lately?
@GrantMa25066011 Pratt's a longshot but the circumstances are different than 2022. Bass is a proven failure as an incumbent who has been rejected by 2/3 of the LA voters. LA is demoralized by the fires, the near death of the Industry, & dystopian homelessness. Pratt needs to motivate new voters.
