@KorDeepMystries @ThisFlag1980 Nothing is,what is wrong is to create an impression that all is well now when it's not.Up until democracy dawns upon this land,we must continue to push for change
@cmambariza@ThisFlag1980 Rallying behind a person to the point of turning a blind eye on areas where there is no delivering they are doing is not healthy for democracy progress, good governance & can create another Mugabe. The good, sure, must be commended but the bad also must be highlighted.
@TembaMliswa I used to think former ZANU PF youth leader Chipanga was a bootlicker, but I have read & heard it all from Temba who is a typical unambiguous hero- worshipper in- chief .The man is a disgrace to all progressive young Zimbabweans who looks up to him as a young leader.
@TembaMliswa We must not continue to believe in this tribe rubbish, appointments must be based on merit & qualification. Its this balancing out nonsense that has seen us not for 37 years giving the ndebele people the chance to ascend to the presidency & restricting them to the second VP post!!!
@DMwonzora@Wamagaisa@matigary@advocatemahere@PRESIDENT_ED The very fact that they are still in jail and the mere reality that POSA still exists must be a clear indication to those who claim good change has come to Zim that all that has not changed is that nothing on substance has really changed
@matigary@nickmangwana@BitiTendai@matigary As I understand that statement,Chamisa just stated a figure he believes is needed to jump start the bleeding economy. He neither advocated for its reckless borrowing, the modalities of its disbursement or how it should be secured.Everything else is "allowed" speculation
@TembaMliswa So true, but whilst the economic revival rhetoric coming from ED is anything but unsatisfactory,& the promise of credible elections very encouraging, its on safeguarding of human rights and repealing of draconian acts like POSA that I see a political will deficit!!
@TembaMliswa@TembaMliswa I greatly respect your work in your province and your general approach to governance which is otherwise commendable, but it scares me if "you" who I believe in so much & think is progressive and democratic minded would really want to involve the gun on economics
@Gg_263@kvgroyalty @BotmanZeus We already have been playing our part since the 1980s,its only the gvt that wasn't doing its job, instead focusing on corruption and undemocratic processes. They created the mess by bad policies, theirs is to correct the policy part of things & then we citizens do the rest.
@advocatemahere True, improper property rights, indeginisation policy, rampant corruption & lack of consistent economic & fiscal policy where not brought upon Zim by sanctions, whatever impact they may have, ultimately its the gvt bad policies that really killed investor confidence in Zim
@ZBCNewsonline@StarfmZimbabwe Despite few reservations I might have on the president's performance so far,I think the one person who is doing a great job, jealous down, its Amai Mnangagwa. She is a great & commendable first lady.
@capitalkfm@nelsonchamisa Sanctions on the basis of unfair electoral processes in Zim & human rights abuses were imposed by the West not us so it's only ideal under the supposed new dispensation to invite them & the UN so that if the elections are held freely they can go back tell their gvts to lift them.
@StarfmZimbabwe@kvgroyalty Action ,action & action is what we need to see.#ED100Days will not be be judged by the dogma & promises laid out in #SONA17 but by real things done that we can see for ourselves.Mugabe talked a lot & delivered zero
@ZimMediaReview Bold pledges, some definitely ambitious and capable to transform Zim if implemented, but the #SONA17 didn't come out strong on issues of human rights, freedoms & removal of draconian laws like POSA that stifle the ability of citizens to make make their voices heard if unhappy.
@HeraldZimbabwe Big words, serious pledges, bold commitments and yet all of it we have heard it before so what we need is real implementation not promises to believe the so called new dispensation.
