Thinking deeply is good. The result is knowledge of oneself and of the reality that surrounds us. Clearer ideas about what we perceive, our environment. Peace of mind, fewer surprises, less suffering. It is easier to foresee the future and prevent.
All this, for me, is a relief to capture it in art to try to transmit it, or not.
The one who does not think, the one who only carries the frenetic activity, only believes and trusts the inputs he receives through the media, political or religious, normally, is agitated, without tranquility, little happiness, stable and permanent, emotions. Normally, he makes a mistake in the perception of those around him, he does not foresee the future. Surprises and more suffering occur.
We should not expect much from our deep thoughts either, but they are very positive. We're in a world – a jungle – very, very strange for us. Observing the Earth, the Universe, as a spectator, from the outside, we see a nonsense, which we do not understand. Perhaps one day we will come to understand it.
The evolution of species causes our brain and self-awareness to progress, today, rapidly. The Universe has always been the same, but the human brain has never perceived it the same. The primitives and the living beings of a few centuries ago thought they were the center of the Universe itself, on the Earth around which all the stars roamed. Beliefs and more beliefs of the desperate man in this senseless environment.
It is difficult to understand, even by thinking a lot, where we come from at birth, where we will go when we die, or if we will cease to exist. Nor is it not understood what our function is in Nature and the Universe.
But that's how it is. There are those who alleviate this vital situation with instilled beliefs, but one only has to examine diversity and history. There are those who say, atheists, that there is proven evidence that there are no other dimensions. I have not come to know this evidence. Those of us who are aware of the extreme limitation of our senses to perceive the reality that surrounds us and have no idea whether or not other dimensions exist, whether or not after death we become extinct or not, they call us agnostics.
Our senses capture a tiny part of the reality of Nature and the Universe. But it's good to think and think. Trying to understand what we perceive and rejecting realities with scientifically proven evidence, which instills and spreads to us. It is important to know what is there, what surrounds us, even if we do not understand it.

Pensar profundamente es bueno. El resultado es el conocimiento de uno mismo y de la realidad que nos envuelve. Ideas más claras sobre lo que es lo que percibimos, nuestro entorno. Tranquilidad, menos sorpresas, menos sufrimiento. Mas fácil prever el futuro y prevenir.
Todo ello, para mi es un desahogo plasmarlo en el arte para intentar trasmitirlo, o no.
El que no piensa, el que solo lleva la frenética actividad, solo cree y se fía de los inputs que recibe a través de medios de comunicación, políticos o religiosos, normalmente, esta agitado, sin tranquilidad, poca felicidad, estable y permanente, emociones. Normalmente, se equivoca en la percepción del quienes le rodean, no prevée el futuro. Se producen sorpresas y más sufrimiento.
Tampoco hay que esperar mucho de nuestros pensamientos profundos, pero son muy positivos. Estamos en un mundo –una selva—muy, muy rara para nosotros. Observando el La Tierra, el Universo, como espectador, desde fuera, vemos un sin sentido, que no comprendemos. Quizás algún día lo llegaremos a comprender.
La evolución de las especies hace que nuestro cerebro y conciencia de uno mismo progrese, hoy, aceleradamente. El Universo siempre ha sido el mismo, pero el cerebro humano nunca lo ha percibido igual. Los primitivos y los vivientes de hace pocos siglos pensaban ser el centro del propio Universo, en La Tierra a cuyo alrededor rondaban todos los astros. Creencias y más creencias del hombre desesperado en este entorno sin sentido.
Es difícil llegar a comprender, incluso pensando mucho, de donde venimos al nacer, donde iremos al morir, o, si dejaremos de existir. Tampoco no se entiende cual es nuestra función en la Naturaleza y Universo.
Pero eso es así. Hay quien palía esta situación vital con creencias infundidas, pero solo hay que examinar la diversidad y la historia. Hay quienes dicen, ateos, que existe la evidencia probada que no existen otras dimensiones. No he llegado a conocer estas evidencias. Los que somos consciente de la extrema limitación de nuestros sentidos para percibir la realidad que nos envuelve y no tenemos ni idea de si existen, o no, otras dimensiones, si tras la muerte nos extinguimos o no. Nos llaman agnósticos.
Nuestros sentidos captan una minúscula parte de la realidad de la Naturaleza y Universo. Pero es bueno pensar y pensar. Intentar llegar a comprender lo que percibimos y rechazar las realidades con evidencias probadas científicamente, que nos infunden y se difunden. Importante conocer lo que hay, lo que nos rodea, aun sin comprenderlo.

Action-Consequence. The greatest misfortune of humanity. An immense majority of people do not dedicate time in their minds to thinking and living imaginatively the consequences at an individual level or to third parties, of the actions and decisions they make. Consumerism and immediate visceral selfishness occupy the whole mind. Wrong actions and decisions lead to pain, suffering, and mental imbalance.
He foresees death. To be very clear, in your mind and in all security, that your death is important, without knowing if you are going to disappear or go to another world, with respect to your religious beliefs, if you have them.
If you remove this foresight from your mind, emotions will produce a lot of fear. If you are clear that you are going to die one day, you lose your fear of death. You have to make a reasonable forecast of the time of death based on your personal circumstances and your age, bearing in mind that it is a forecast, not a certainty. There is a chance – a few – that there will be elements that anticipate your death. You have to take this into account, but with a prudent conscience. 90% of people die according to life expectancy statistics.
It is very important to take these facts into account when making decisions or actions you have to do it together with all the remains of elements (personal health, family circumstances, economic situation, etc.). Your mental, rational and reflective behavior, in which it would be good to take into account everything explained, is the basis of earthly happiness, provided that all this helps you imaginatively to foresee the consequences. And if you make a mistake, meticulously analyze that mistake or unforeseen factor, stop next time.
Emotions cannot dismantle all this. Objectivity is the most important thing. Emotions, which cannot condition your future, have nothing to do with your deep, deep-rooted and solid values (love, ethics, respect for others, right to be respected, democracy, etc.) that determine your personality.
It's also important to keep in mind that you and I are not the center of everything that exists. The human race is not the center of the Earth. The Earth is not the center of the Universe. Our planet is a small particle in the Universe. It has no importance, no prominence, nothing........ If we observe a mosquito, an ant or a living cell, we also think that, without a doubt.
The emotion of love, many times, is identified by the lack of personal objectivity with the exceptional value, very kind, LOVE, which almost everyone boasts. Make no mistake. Actions based on the emotion of love can have a very disastrous result – consequences.
The most essential quality that makes up LOVE is total disinterestedness in all aspects. Even the love that needs reciprocity contains an egocentric element or selfishness, which distorts its purity and distances it from LOVE. Few relationships are based on selfless LOVE. Acción-Consecuencia. La desgracia más grande de la humanidad. Una inmensa mayoría de personas no dedican tiempo de su mente a pensar y vivir imaginariamente las consecuencias a nivel individual o a terceros, de las acciones y decisiones que toman. El consumismo y egoísmo visceral inmediato ocupa toda la mente. Las acciones y decisiones equivocadas llevan al dolor, sufrimiento y desequilibrio mental.
Prevé la muerte. Ten clarísimo, en tu mente y en toda seguridad, que tu muerte es importante, sin saber si vas a desaparecer o irás a otro mundo, con respeto a tus creencias religiosas, si las tienes.
Si eliminas esta previsión de tu mente, las emociones se producirán mucho miedo. Si tienes claro que te vas a morir algun día, vas perdiendo el miedo a la muerte. La previsión razonable del momento de la muerte la tienes que realizar en función de tus circunstancias personales y la edad que tienes, teniendo en cuenta que es una previsión, no una certeza. Hay probabilidades -pocas- de que se produzcan elementos que anticipen tu muerte. Tienes que tenerlo en cuenta, pero con una conciencia prudente. Un 90% de personas mueren de acuerdo a las estadísticas de la esperanza de vida.
Es muy importante tener en cuenta estos hechos cuando tomes decisiones o acciones lo tienes que hacer junto con todo los restos de elementos (salud personal, circunstancias familiares, situación económica, etc). Tu comportamiento mental, racional y reflexivo, en el que sería bueno tener en cuenta todo lo explicado, es la base de la felicidad terrestre, siempre que todo esto te ayude imaginativamente a prever las consecuencias. Y si te equivocas, analiza meticulosamente ese error o factor no previsto, parar la próxima vez.
No puede que las emociones desmonten todo esto. La objetividad es lo más importante. Nada tienen que ver las emociones, que no pueden condicionar tu futuro, con tus valores profundos, arraigados y sólidos (amor, ética, respeto a los terceros, derecho a que te respeten, democracia, etc.) que determina tu personalidad .
Es importante también tener en cuenta que tú y yo no somos el centro de todo lo que existe. La raza humana no es el centro de la Tierra. La Tierra no es el centro del Universo. Nuestro planeta es una pequeña partícula en el Universo. No tiene ninguna importancia, ningún protagonismo nada........ Si observamos un mosquito, una hormiga o una célula viva también pensamos eso, sin lugar a dudas.
A la emoción del amor, muchas veces, la poca objetividad personal lo identifica con el valor excepcional, muy bondadoso, AMOR, que casi todo el mundo presume. No nos equivoquemos. Las acciones fundadas en la emoción del amor pueden tener un resultado -consecuencias- muy nefasto.
La calidad más esencial que configura el AMOR es el total desinterés total en todos los aspectos. Incluso el amor que necesita la reciprocidad, contiene un elemento egocéntrico o de egoísmo, que le desvirtúa la pureza y lo aleja de AMOR. Pocas relaciones de pareja tienen como fundamento el AMOR desinteresado. De padres a hijos, la relación, en general, se acerca más al AMOR. De hijos a padres, por lo general, también es mucho más complicado esta identificación con el valor supremo .
Todo esto lo tenemos que tener muy claro cuando tomamos decisiones o realizamos acciones, para no equivocarnos y conseguir ser más felices. El estado de felicidad es siempre personal, pero podemos compartiéndola con queridos o terceras personas.

Mi “Yo esencial”. Pregunta elemental sobre nuestra existencia

¿Cuál es mi ser esencial? Es profundo, complicado, percibirlo, comprenderlo. Yo diría que la esencia del yo es la conciencia, que puede ser muy primitiva, pero es algo que, para mí, está bastante claro. Es la conciencia de que estoy viviendo, de que existo dentro de un entorno que me rodea. Ya no más.
Me doy cuenta, me reconozco, que estoy aquí. Esta conciencia no depende de las circunstancias que me rodean. No depende de la evolución de mi cerebro, no depende de mi memoria. Es una conciencia del momento. No importa si tengo alzheimer, si es un bebé, si es un niño, si el sujeto es un animal, no depende de mis genes. No importa que mi cerebro ni siquiera pudiera pensar en mi nacimiento o muerte. Todavía soy consciente de que estoy viviendo y existiendo. Incluso una planta o una célula deben tener su “yo”.
Sé que esta teoría es simplemente teoría, ya que hay muchas, imposibles de probar, hoy en día. Pero, buscando a fondo la verdad de la realidad de la Naturaleza, se llega a conclusiones que, seguramente, no tienen nada que ver con una verdad absoluta del Universo.
Este “yo” es el mismo, independientemente de dónde hayamos nacido, de las enfermedades físicas o mentales, de las circunstancias y de la capacidad cerebral que tengamos. Es inherente a la vida. Surge de la Naturaleza y del Universo. Y este “Yo esencial” está regido por leyes absolutas de la Naturaleza, no por las circunstancias que exteriorizan el “Yo Manifiesto”.
Este “yo esencial” tiene dos cualidades determinadas por la Naturaleza que, esencialmente, son también inalterables, aunque las circunstancias las enmascaren, excepcionalmente. Estas fuerzas de la Naturaleza o universo que definen a este “yo” son la reproducción y la supervivencia. Solo hay que mirar a todos los seres vivos, humanos, animales, células, etc.
¿Y por qué la Naturaleza ha establecido estas leyes inalterables? Habrá alguna causa. ¿Qué función tienen los seres vivos en el universo? Pues bien, parece que la Naturaleza no quiere que la vida, en general, no sólo la especie humana, se extinga, y que se extienda. Alguna razón y propósito absolutos existirán en nuestro Universo.
No estoy hablando del “yo manifiesto”, que no cambia el “yo esencial”. Más bien, lo enmascara, pero manteniendo las cualidades indicadas. Creo que las circunstancias, excepcionalmente, pueden llevar a la convicción de que el “yo” no quiere vivir y/o no reproducirse. Pero esto no significa que no tenga en su interior estas cualidades -reproducción y supervivencia-, que mantiene tan reprimidas como reprimidas o congeladas.
¿Existía nuestro “yo” antes de que naciéramos? ¿Existirá nuestro “yo” después de la muerte? ¿Difícil, imposible de responder? Nuestro disco duro de memoria, alojado en el cerebro, que a veces se estropea o, por la noche cuando está en modo de suspensión, no existía antes del nacimiento y con la muerte se destruye. Es difícil de adivinar, pero parece que nuestro “yo esencial” puede permanecer. Hoy no tenemos ni idea de todo esto. ¿De otra manera? Agnosticismo. Esto no es ateísmo.

What is my essential self? It is profound, complicated, to perceive it, to understand it. I would say that the essence of the “I” is consciousness, which can be very primitive, but it is something that, for me, is quite clear. It is the awareness that I am living, that I exist within an environment surrounds me. No more.
I realize, I recognize myself, that I am here. This awareness does not depend on my circumstances that surround me. It doesn’t depend on the evolution of my brain, it doesn’t depend on my memory. It is an awareness of the moment. It doesn’t matter if I have alzheimer’s, if it’s a baby, if it’s a child, if the subject is an animal, it doesn’t depend on my genes. It doesn’t matter that my brain couldn’t even think about my birth, or death. I am still aware that I am living and existing. Even a plant or a cell must have its “I”.
I know that this theory is simply theory, as there are many, impossible to prove, today. But, searching in depth for the truth of the reality of Nature, one reaches conclusions, which, surely, have nothing to do with an absolute truth of the Universe.
This “I” is the same, regardless of where we were born, physical or mental illnesses, circumstances, and brain capacity we have. It is inherent to life. It arises from Nature and the Universe. And this “essential I” is governed by absolute laws of Nature, not by the circumstances that externalize the “Manifest I.”
This “essential I” has two qualities determined by Nature that, essentially, are also unalterable, although circumstances mask them, exceptionally. These forces of Nature or universe that define this “I” are reproduction and survival. You just have to look at all living beings, humans, animals, cells, etc.
And why has Nature established these unalterable laws? There will be some cause. What function do living beings have in the universe? Well, it seems that Nature does not want life, in general, not only the human species, to become extinct, and that it does spread. Some absolute reason and purpose will exist in our Universe.
I am not talking about “I manifest,” which does not change the “essential self.” Rather, it masks it, but while maintaining the qualities indicated. I think that circumstances, exceptionally, can lead to the conviction that the “I” does not want to live and/or not reproduce. But this does not mean that he does not have these qualities – reproduction and survival – inside him, which he keeps as repressed as repressed or frozen.
Did our “I” exist, before we were born? Will our “I” after death exist? Difficult, impossible to answer? Our memory hard drive, housed in the brain, which sometimes breaks down or, at night when it is in sleep mode, did not exist before birth and with death it is destroyed. It’s hard to guess, but it seems that our “essential self” can remain. Today we have no idea about all this. Otherwise? Agnosticism. This is not atheism.

La Vida. Si no rechazamos todos los prejuicios, desconocemos que significa la vida, cual es nuestra función en el Universo, de donde procedemos, a donde vamos a ir después de la muerte segura. El arte expresionista nos puede ayudar a percibir tal como es la vida, para obtener una concepción transparente personal sin emociones torticeras derivadas de una importante parte de la cultura que nos envuelve.

Tenim que ignorar els periodistes que sempre diuen lo que els imposa la direcció del mitjans de comunicació, que els hi paguen per viure o malbaratar. Tot està ben fet o mal fet, depen de de qui ho fa. Pocs un diuen que algu d’un partit concret avui ho ha fet be. Un altre dia ho ha fet malament. Tenim que estar per sobre de tots aquest mitjans i pensar, pensar, pensar……….objectivament per coneixer i entendre on som. In 1949, the famous mathematician Kurt Gödel found a solution to Albert Einstein's field equations of general relativity that described a rotating universe. This solution is known as the Gödel Universe. One of the intriguing aspects of the Gödel Universe is that it permits the existence of closed timelike curves (CTCs). Closed timelike curves are paths in spacetime that, if followed, would allow an object to return to its own past. In other words, it suggests the possibility of time travel within the framework of general relativity. Gödel's solution involves a universe that is rotating on a large scale.

The matter in this universe is in a constant state of rotation, and its rotation generates a frame-dragging effect. Tampoco hay que esperar mucho de nuestros pensamientos profundos, pero son muy positivos. Estamos en un mundo –una selva—muy, muy rara para nosotros. Observando el La Tierra, el Universo, como espectador, desde fuera, vemos un sin sentido, que no comprendemos. Quizás algún día lo llegaremos a comprender.
La evolución de las especies hace que nuestro cerebro y conciencia de uno mismo progrese, hoy, aceleradamente. El Universo siempre ha sido el mismo, pero el cerebro humano nunca lo ha percibido igual. Los primitivos y los vivientes de hace pocos siglos pensaban ser el centro del propio Universo, en La Tierra a cuyo alrededor rondaban todos los astros. Creencias y más creencias del hombre desesperado en este entorno sin sentido.
Es difícil llegar a comprender, incluso pensando mucho, de donde venimos al nacer, donde iremos al morir, o, si dejaremos de existir. Tampoco no se entiende cual es nuestra función en la Naturaleza y Universo.
Pero eso es así. Hay quien palía esta situación vital con creencias infundidas, pero solo hay que examinar la diversidad y la historia. Hay quienes dicen, ateos, que existe la evidencia probada que no existen otras dimensiones. No he llegado a conocer estas evidencias. Los que somos consciente de la extrema limitación de nuestros sentidos para percibir la realidad que nos envuelve y no tenemos ni idea de si existen, o no, otras dimensiones, si tras la muerte nos extinguimos o no. Nos llaman agnósticos.
Nuestros sentidos captan una minúscula parte de la realidad de la Naturaleza y Universo. Pero es bueno pensar y pensar. Intentar llegar a comprender lo que percibimos y rechazar las realidades con evidencias probadas científicamente, que nos infunden y se difunden. Importante conocer lo que hay, lo que nos rodea, aun sin comprenderlo.

Thinking deeply is good. The result is knowledge of oneself and of the reality that surrounds us. Clearer ideas about what we perceive, our environment. Peace of mind, fewer surprises, less suffering. It is easier to foresee the future and prevent.
All this, for me, is a relief to capture it in art to try to transmit it, or not.
The one who does not think, the one who only carries the frenetic activity, only believes and trusts the inputs he receives through the media, political or religious, normally, is agitated, without tranquility, little happiness, stable and permanent, emotions. Normally, he makes a mistake in the perception of those around him, he does not foresee the future. Surprises and more suffering occur.
We should not expect much from our deep thoughts either, but they are very positive. We're in a world – a jungle – very, very strange for us. Observing the Earth, the Universe, as a spectator, from the outside, we see a nonsense, which we do not understand. Perhaps one day we will come to understand it.
The evolution of species causes our brain and self-awareness to progress, today, rapidly. The Universe has always been the same, but the human brain has never perceived it the same. The primitives and the living beings of a few centuries ago thought they were the center of the Universe itself, on the Earth around which all the stars roamed. Beliefs and more beliefs of the desperate man in this senseless environment.
It is difficult to understand, even by thinking a lot, where we come from at birth, where we will go when we die, or if we will cease to exist. Nor is it not understood what our function is in Nature and the Universe.
But that's how it is. There are those who alleviate this vital situation with instilled beliefs, but one only has to examine diversity and history. There are those who say, atheists, that there is proven evidence that there are no other dimensions. I have not come to know this evidence. Those of us who are aware of the extreme limitation of our senses to perceive the reality that surrounds us and have no idea whether or not other dimensions exist, whether or not after death we become extinct or not, they call us agnostics.
Our senses capture a tiny part of the reality of Nature and the Universe. But it's good to think and think. Trying to understand what we perceive and rejecting realities with scientifically proven evidence, which instills and spreads to us.
