@ShellEnergyHome This needs a review bearing in mind it’s been the hottest summer on record and they haven’t used their heating or dryer and have been away for part of the summer period ?

@ShellEnergyHome Hello , ok I understand that but surely this can’t be correct I have compared their payment with others mine and my 3 sisters included who all live in large family homes and we are not paying anywhere near as much as they are ? So something is going wrong somewhere !

@ShellEnergyHome Can you please explain to me how my elderly parents living in a one bedrooms bungalow are currently paying £285 per month for electricity and gas which is £3420 per year surely this can’t be right the current cap £1940 rising to £2500 ?

@KCOMhome Can anyone tell me why after moving into a new house we have to wait 3 weeks to get connected ? we have no tv no internet my husband can’t work from home this is totally unacceptable the cables are there but we have to wait until 24th June to get them connected shocking service

@Hull_Trains hello we were on the 15.08 yesterday into kings cross which was over an hour delayed and now have been told our return to Hull 14.48 tomorrow has been cancelled ? Also the next Hull train has been cancelled what do@we need to do ?

@Hull_Trains If we have to pay again I will be claiming my original fare and the fare we have to pay on here as this just is not good enough.
