I used years worth of points to pick up this ticket, purchasing a business class ticket is a once in a couple of years thing - and this is the experience I got.
Nightmare experience in @airfrance business class.
First time ever buying business class, I pre-selected the vegan meals, and they could not have given me a worse experience if they tried. All they gave me was rice+vegetables, 0 effort. Less than 400 calories over 10 hours.
Literally everyone else was eating croissants, amazing food, etc. There is more thought put into the vegan options in economy AeroMexico, KLM, Lufthansa, etc.
I HAD A BED BUG INFESTATION IN MY @Airbnb AND THEY DID NOT REFUND ME!
I reached out, they said I should have told them earlier and I should be grateful the hosts offered to give me 30% off the first night.
Airbnb has fallen off, a hotel would reimburse 100% and more.

@airfrance I went unfed for 11 hours on my flight last week because despite reserving my vegan meal in advance with confirmation, they had nothing for me. I'm telling you - it sucked! When I choose AF, it's because I trust you. Instead I felt disregarded.
This did not happen on my inbound flight with @KLM. The vegan meals I got blew me away, actually! Shoutout to the flight attendant who gave me an orange from her purse.
