@Airbnb a property cancelled on me with no explanation, and your AI chatbot isn't helping. I don't need a refund, I need reasonably similar accomodations without an inflated price for my trip

@Airbnb@Expedia Airbnb SUCKS NEVER BOOK. Booked unit in Miami Florida arrived at the airport and received message booking CANCELED. Tried booking other hotels. Very expensive because of last minute. Ended up spending three times you F****d my trip. I am boycotting you forever.

I reached out, they said I should have told them earlier and I should be grateful the hosts offered to give me 30% off the first night.
Airbnb has fallen off, a hotel would reimburse 100% and more.
@DenesMarton@Airbnb I had a similar problem 30% off 1st night given only - as apparently I could choose to move ! Place was in the middle of the wilds ! ( it wasn’t bed bugs but major facility missing !) no option but to stay !

I experience my guests using a crowbar to break into my apartment, and unauthorized guests over multiple nights, and a deeply unsanitary apartment requiring professional cleaning. @Airbnb have denied my claim for cleaning fees and for additional guests.
@Airbnb@AirbnbHelp does not support or protect its consumers!!! Even with evidence of many problems and being literally TRAPPED inside of our property. They have not offered any support or refund even after documenting, calling for help and canceling our reservation. BOOK HOTELS

I’m lodging a formal complaint against Airbnb for failing to perform their part of my contract with them and ignoring my MULTIPLE attempts to contact them and resolve a claim regarding significant damage to one of my homes by an Airbnb guest.
Consumer protection laws are in place thankfully to help me along this legal process.
BEWARE placing your homes on this platform. You will be left out in the cold should a problem arise.
No recourse.
No real person to speak to who has any ability to help.
Multiple lies regarding escalating claims to the proper team and ZERO communication from Airbnb. I call every. Single. Day.
Fed up!
Removing every listing and seeking legal action.
