An introvert likes to share their "inner world" with someone's else's "inner world." This is what we consider a heart-to-heart conversation, even though it is likely more "head-to-head."

Leading While Introverted? Sure hope so. Introverts make GREAT leaders with proactive teams. They listen, offer support, and let the team “run” with their own ideas.

@introvertsmemes I love this so much! I am doing research on introverted women in tech and in my literature review, I have noticed a TON of advice for introverts, but literally NO advice for the extrovert. That is how strong our “extrovert ideal” is, at least in the U.S.
