one thing i have no shame about is texting back fast, texting back slow, double or triple texting. i also don’t care if others do the same to me. there is no judgment here. i am not checking the time you texted me or looking into it as a sign. you’re free with me lol

but more importantly, get some joy. get some sun. get some laughter. get some love. get some peace. get some romance. get some rest. get some community. get some inspiration. get some air. get some peace.
be with the things that really matter.

Its exhausting.
Listen to your body. Its trying to tell you to slow down in the only way it can. It doesn't mean you don't care. It means breathe. Step back. Be kind to yourself.
