Hii I'm Denjin
I'm an amateur digital artist that doesn't have the best consistency || Big fan of space, Halo, UT/DR, Homestuck, OG/NuMarathon, etc

Waiter!! Another fad where a skilled hobby is flooded with people interested in doing less than the bare minimum to reap social credit from an audience addicted to jingling keys. How cooked? Just long enough for it to leave lasting damage before they move onto the next trend!!
@ValtheRobot@CalvinW94167396@jakethemighty@MaxQHellcat Elon is very delusional, but starship does have a very important role to fill right now for future stations, sattelites, lunar exploration, fuel depos, etc
It has a very flexible design that allows for all sorts of missions to be accomplished with just a starship
@CalvinW94167396@jakethemighty@MaxQHellcat very different rockets, most have been entirely expendable, starship and it's booster has to launch and return entirely
the entire point of the program is to create a HUGE rocket that can be launched again and again with very little lost
@keirimin@jakethemighty@MaxQHellcat Yes it was literally supposed to explode lol, it has leftover propellant still inside the tanks that react violently when the 52 meter ship slams over onto the water
again it's not designed to land on water, these are tests for a tower catch later on like the booster has done
Having not read the article I absolutely agree with this.
If you TRULY want to create a game that represents the series legacy, it should be the games ENTIRE Legacy. That means having people from both bungie and 343 alongside new hires to bring fresh ideas to the table.
@jakethemighty@MaxQHellcat Cars are finalized vehicles that are intended for human transport and have been proven for 100+ years
starship is a work in progress rocket system with nothing rly like it existing before and has to do all these sorta test flights before it can be proven safe and capable enough
Thank you.
To the Halo community.
Thank you for your relentless passion, feedback, and support. It was a pleasure and a privilege to represent you over the last 11 years.
Whether it was meeting you in-person at events, troubleshooting issues with you online, talking to you on broadcasts, checking out your Forge creations, or sharing your constructive criticism to push for change - I truly loved it.
Your voices have helped shape the best aspects of our games. Without each of you, Halo would not be the same.
To my teammates.
Thank you for always hearing me out and letting me push for more. Whether I was asking your team to make a pivot or fix one more bug before a release, you all trusted that it would be the right call. Collaborating with so many bright people across nearly every discipline was such a unique and rewarding part of this role.
It was also an honor to have your support while leading the Gameplay Team for the last two years of Halo Infinite. I was humbled - but not the least bit surprised - that so many of you rallied to ship impactful features and community-requested updates, which ultimately brought the game to a great place for our players.
Your talent and dedication never ceased to amaze, and it pushed me to do better every day. I will always be grateful for your partnership, mentorship, and friendship.
Although I’ll be moving on to different work, I’m excited for the future of Halo and I can’t wait to experience its next steps alongside all of you.
Thank you for everything.
