This week we started our year 6 Expedition Club,With all 8 very eager years 6s on board, we took this time going through all their kit. But most importantly, they used this time to practise putting their tents up and down. We think it might be time for a time trial next?π€
What a fantastic start to the term we have all had! Last Thursday, the children had their annual trip to the Westmorland Show, and despite the drizzly weather, everyone had a fantastic time!
Well done to Flintergill, for winning our House Rounders this morning. This was a closely fought competition and every pupil from year 2 to 6 was involved. πππ
Within D&T Class 1 have been spending their Friday afternoons designing and creating their own cars. And wow, don't they all look amazing!! What a fantastic job they have all done! They had to think about their wheels, what size they will be and where they will be placed!
Whilst Class 2 have been away, Class 1 have been getting up to some exciting activities at school this week. One activity included them making their own healthy ice creams, where the children got to choose their own ingredients, measure them out and blitz it all together!
