. Promised by Sat/Sun. Today (Sunday) they kept saying “it will be done today.” At 4:30 pm technician said part not arrived, will temporarily refill gas & come in evening. It’s 7:30 pm now – he has stopped picking calls

They assured “No sir, it won’t happen, fully covered under warranty.”

Result:
Next day – water leakage (sealed & left)
• Day after – unit dead, green light blinking, display shows 00
Now – coil damaged, needs replacement
