I have had ARDS (10years ago). As it is lung related am I classed as being in the high risk category for coronavirus?

My wife and I just tried to drive up the road to get to Norwich from the village we live in and got a quarter of a mile before traffic is at a stand still. Please, please please return to Norwich as you're amazing!!
