Yesterday I was in Mutoko to assess the status of digital agriculture in rural Zimbabwe.

Destined for the market- Brian Garwe, a 26 year old farmer from Tshovani Irrigation Scheme in Chiredzi has begun harvesting tomatoes from his plot. Garwe has 3 hectares in the 360 hectare scheme which was previously cultivated by his now elderly mother. Brian put 0.4 hectares

We have joined the Mnangagwa and Mangwiro family in Bikita where there is a funeral service for the late Yasha Mafidi Mnangagwa. Yasha’s parents and grandparents are seen in this solemn picture. A very difficult time for a family to go through.
