Let us do away with the communist created unions and get these docks back open. This is America we are supposed to have a free market. Let’s get people working in the docks that are paid for what they produce not what they don’t produce. Unions don’t create innovation and growth, they restrict growth and innovation and profit from it. Are the union dock workers getting so much work done that they are not getting compensated for, or are they getting just enough done to not break contract? Is the argument, give us more or we do less/nothing or look at how much we are doing and how well we are doing it we need the right compensation for it? Automation is innovation. Do you use the self checkout at the store? Do you shop online? You are not getting a discount on your groceries if you use self checkout or paid by the grocery store or get any benefits for doing the work that another person was paid to do. But you still use it. You place your fast food order on line so that you don’t have to wait in line and tell someone your order. Things get done faster with automation. To me this whole union strike is about efficiency and the fact that the union does not want to be as efficient as they can be or should be.
I’ll go work at the dock. Who else does not want to see this communist idea “the union” bring our country to a standstill still?

Mr. Lambert,
Men sin everyday. Pastors sin everyday. Is sexual sin worse than not raising your children to honor and respect the Lord? 1 Samuel 2:12-36 tells us how God handles the sins of Eli the high priest’s sons. Have your children sinned agents God with sexual immorality?
It is easy to see sexual immorality and point it out but we forget about the sins of greed and pride. Two sins of which pastors in high positions abuse daily for their own personal ambitions by casting down good God fearing men who challenge them and their position. If a senior pastor has another pastor in his church preach and the Lord uses their preaching and it is received well by the church, does the senior pastor build him up or tear him down? Is the senior pastor’s position of power threatened and he does everything in his power to remove or destroy that pastor’s credibility?
I think before we can stand up and beat our chest about these things we must remove the plank from our own eyes before pointing out specks in others eyes.
If you believe what you preach should you not step down from ministry until you can get your heart right with the Lord?
We can all point out the sin that we don’t struggle with in others but how do we react when our sin is pointed out?
