Recalled CCC CHAMISA MPs Served their Court Papers on Tshabangu at CCC's Administrative Office in Bulawayo, Yet they Deny Knowing Him

They say Sengezo Tshabangu is an "imposter", a "tortoise on a lamppost " and that they don't know him blah blah blah.

Yet if you check the court record of the case filed by the recalled CCC Chamisa MPs, they served their court application on Tshabangu at the CCC offices in Bulawayo, and they were received on Tshabangu's behalf by the CCC office administrator in Bulawayo, Sithabile Moyo at 13:00hrs on 13 October 2023. Tshabangu was then able to receive the application and to attend to it accordingly.

Proof of this fact, taken from the court record, is attached herewith.

Now if Tshabangu gets his correspondence, including court papers, from the CCC office in Bulawayo, does that not suggest an untold story? There's certainly more than meets the eye!

This is President Emmerson Mnangagwa of Zimbabwe saying that he has no desire to do more that 2 terns in office, that was in January 2018 talking to Richard Quest on CNN.

It is a public secret that the Third Term movement is already in motion.

What you need to know is that a Third Term at law is illegal for President Mnangagwa, it is unconstitutional!

The constitution of Zimbabwe clearly states that to remove presidential term limits, you must have a referendum first.

Even if that referendum happens and voters agree to the removal of term limits, the current President can’t benefit from such a move, it will be illegal.
Only his successor can benefit.

Sadly there is an illegal and unconstitutional precedent that was set, Chief Justice Luke Malaba is currently in his position illegally and unconstitutionally, they broke the constitution by giving him another term.

The constitution was clear that the current Chief Justice couldn’t benefit from a change of the law, it would only benefit his successor.

So be prepared for another constitutional violation, President Mnangagwa’s supporters have already pushing for a Third Term, and knowing Zimbabweans and Zimbabwe, he will get it the same way Malaba got back illegally and unconditionally!

The Cowdry Park result in Bulawayo is very interesting for those interested in knowing the local common feeling there.

Finance Minister and ZANUPF candidate in Cowdray Park Mthuli Ncube got 6,530 votes.
His leader and ZANUPF presidential candidate Emmerson Mnangagwa only got 3,317 votes in the same constituency.

It means 3,213 people who voted for ZANUPF’s Mthuli Ncube didn’t vote for the ZANUPF presidential candidate Emmerson Mnangagwa.

Meanwhile, the main opposition leader Nelson Chamisa won 11,205 votes in that constituency.

Another interesting statistic is that CCC's Pashor Sibanda got 8,411, and his boss Chamisa got 11,205 votes in Cowdry Park.

It means Chamisa is stronger and more popular than his party CCC, and Mnangagwa is weaker and his party is stronger than him.

If this Cowdry Park result is replicated across urban areas, Mnangagwa has to win big in rural areas to withstand Nelson Chamisa’s charge.

The downside is that the opposition will remain weaker in parliament, it is clearly now fighting to stop ZANUPF’s two thirds majority.

If ZANUPF were to win 2/3 majority, it would be catastrophic for Zimbabwe as they will change the constitution further derailing constitutional guaranteed freedoms.
