@ronmortgageguy Don't forget the massive "volunteer base" they need to make this happen too, as if the almost $900M payout to participating teams couldn't support actual workers in some way.
@MikeMcDonald89 I suppose the counter-argument is, if you also had access to know mine, then we both have the same advantage/disadvantage.
I think we would agree this type of "cheating" kind of warps the spirit of the game. I feel the same with PED's personally. But maybe there is a future.
@MikeMcDonald89 I guess I don't know how to fully answer. Sport to me is a competition. PED or otherwise feels like degrees of cheating.
Said another way, I'd play poker against you and lose most of the time, but if I had a cheat like knowing your hole cards, that certainly changes the odds.
@RogersHelps@TheKarltopia Karl, what their AI bot is really saying, is that this basic feature has existed for a decade, but our systems and tech teams are too old, stupid, or stubborn to implement it, so please PLEASE choose another provider.
Just wait until you have to call their business support....
@67Dodge You're right. Some mainstream US / Canada "cable" news and finance shows, and also local news (all via streaming ), also online sources and infrequently social media (unless it's personal updates). Live sports always streamed via IPTV.
This is a good read on the inefficiency of the CPP management. Still can't simply beat an index fund, and with over 2k employees.

@smawhorter@JeffBezos ...or the outrageous and unchecked spending by government. It's insane really.
The per-dollar return on taxation is an incredibly low number. That needs to be addressed long before anything else. Hard to do in this political climate.
@smawhorter@JeffBezos Right, there are basically no people living in the US, legal or otherwise, that don't pay some tax.
Taxes are a shared burden to support government spending on services and infrastructure.
I don't disagree there is a massive disparity in the amount paid/consumed per person....
Where are the local, regional, provincial, and federal leaders?
How do they not have any solution after years of this madness?
Placation isn't leadership. Avoidance isn't a solution.

In yet another slap in the face of local residents, Canada's legal system fails to recognize the rights of the majority.
It's now illegal to remove people who squat illegally and who provide for themselves through illegal means.
You can't make this up.

To anyone empathizing with these encampment participants, please take a walk by the camp and tell me how safe and secure you feel.
Then imagine owning a home or business near this area. The illegal behaviour of a few impacting the rights of the many.

@gkarnes2@JeffBezos Right, unless one fits your personal list of exceptions, or you're in the top 1% and avoid it all together. My personal exception list includes people yours doesn't so it's wrong. Got it.
