A wonderful wrap to the StarkNet Hacker House.
HoneyPot was among the top 10 projects built at the hack.
Much thanks to our mentor for @DerekFlossman for being the best one!
Huge congratulations to @ajnafi@summerfinance_ and the rest of the team on the launch of Ajna Protocol!
Ajna is a truly decentralized permissionless, governance-less, oracle-less, and immutable lending protocol that enables borrow markets across any tokens.
Ajna is *REAL* DeFi
Macro (@0xMacroDAO) completed an audit for @MakerDAO Kiln contracts.
Derek, Facilitator of the MakerDAO Protocol Engineering Core Unit, said: “Macro had great questions, discussion, and a comprehensive report with great findings. We really like Macro’s approach to audits.”
6/ In either case we need to be aware of the Faustian bargain at play, one in which resilience, decentralisation and censorship resistant technology come at risk of being compromised by the pursuit of profit.
5/ Individual capture - power corrupts governance structures that are given the ability to wield centralised control and impose agendas on others. DAOs should seek immutability over implementing trust-based structures - humans are notoriously bad at relinquishing power.
DAOs as complex systems must be resilient to human imperfection. We need to automate as much as possible because it will always be human nature to change nature’s state.
Spreading the DAO love with Aave, BitDAO, MakerDAO, ValerianCapital, RealVision and Cayman Enterprise City - A full house discussing DAOs and the opportunities they present for value creation.

1/ Direct Deposit Module aka D3M injects DAI liquidity directly into Aave and uses aDAI as collateral for the MakerDAO D3M vault, already maxed out at 50M 😉

An interesting story occurred over the past few weeks. It starts with a mistake we see far too often in DeFi - a user has accidentally sent some ETH to the wrong address. The end result is a heart-warming story full of ingenuity.
