Shawn is being honest. I was a US Army Ranger. I was at battalion completed ranger school, made it thru selection for Ranger Recon Detachment and I loved RRD and the people I served with later entering the OGA program. That's where my values and ethos no longer aligned with my career. It's very common in the counterterrorism and intelligence world. Funny it's a pretty common thought amongst all of us now and people are calling this a psyop! Wow the incompetence!

While Obama, Hillary, and Panetta were at Andrews AFB on September 14, 2012 putting on the dignified transfer show for our brothers…

The Annex team and DS team was still in Germany. We got left there on purpose so we couldn’t be at that ceremony.

When we landed at Ramstein, the USO was waiting on the tarmac. They knew we left everything behind in Benghazi, so they had clothes, shoes, socks, and toiletries set up for us.
The Tripoli Embassy people who had all their luggage and plenty of time to pack went through the line first. As we sat there just watching, they took every last damn thing. Socks, Underwear, Pants, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Mouthwash, all of it. Looked like flies hoarding on a fresh pile of shit. They couldn’t get to the stuff fast enough. Nothing left for the guys who still had blood on their boots.

As the whole team from Benghazi just sat there looking at these flies, the @The_USO team came up, talked to us, and asked if we were the guys from Benghazi. They left and came back with a couple hundred bucks each on a card so we could go buy clothes and toiletries the next morning, thank GOD!

We got debriefed again in Germany and asked if we wanted to talk to the FBI. We looked at each other this was a terrorist attack. The military should be handling it, not treating it like some criminal case.

We learned about the ceremony and had to watch that whole thing from Germany. Then once their ceremony was over, they came to us and said, “You can go home now… but you got to find and buy your own plane ticket back.”

We watched the whole “it was a video protest that turned into a riot” lie from Germany as well and knew every word of it was bullshit.
That’s what we were doing while they put on the show.

Our federal and state law enforcement agencies did a superb job securing the FIFA World Cup. They made Americans proud. Throughout the year, I had individuals involved in security for FIFA events reach out to me, not because they were waiting for threat reporting to be handed to them, but because they were actively seeking information, building relationships, and collecting intelligence on the ground.

As a Marine, I don’t care who the President is.
A commissioned officer or enlisted who stands in uniform and says ‘Fuck the President’ has violated Article 88 and disgraced his commission. It doesn’t matter if it’s your last day, your last hour, or your last minute in that uniform you don’t get a pass.
You wear the cloth, you uphold the standard. The military does not exist to be anyone’s personal political weapon. Publicly disrespecting the Commander-in-Chief while in uniform is not free speech it’s a failure of leadership and discipline.
His command should act. Anything less tells every troop that the rules only apply when it’s convenient.

I’m struggling to find the right words to say goodbye to dear Leah @LiquidFaerie.

Some people come into your life during ordinary moments. Others come into your life during the moments that define you. Leah was one of those people. I met her around August 2021, during one of the darkest moments, as Kabul fell and so many of us were trying to help the people who had stood with us and the women left behind.

While the world moved on, Leah kept showing up. She was feeding families, protecting people, and doing everything she could to keep the vulnerable safe. Every day, we watched the Taliban find and harm people that fellow volunteers were desperately trying to save, and we carried that weight together, like so many others in that fight.

Then Ukraine happened. Someone you loved deeply was there, and we spent so many hours talking about the situation on the ground. We tracked Russian troop movements, talked through the risks, and tried to answer the hardest question: when is the last possible moment to leave? We got it right. And because of that, a life was likely saved.

Then October 7th happened. I remember the moral dilemma so clearly. You were devastated when you saw people you had helped from Afghanistan celebrating hatred and supporting Hamas. You reached a moment where you realized your time was being spent helping people who didn’t even believe you should exist. That hurt deeply.

But instead of becoming bitter, you made a choice. You decided you wanted to lean in even more to protecting and supporting your own community.

A few weeks later, my focus shifted when I learned about a plot against the U.S. homeland. You understood. You leaned into your mission, and I leaned into mine.

We stayed connected. We supported each other. At some point, I even realized you were here on X. But now that you’re gone, I’m seeing the full picture of what you built and the lives you touched.

You didn’t just say you wanted to make a difference. You did it. You showed up. You gave people hope. You became the person others needed when the world felt like it was falling apart.

Leah, you were a spark. You walked into some of the darkest moments in the world and brought light with you.

We only get a short amount of time here. We can choose to live for ourselves, or we can choose to use that time to protect others, stand for what is right, and leave the world better than we found it.

You gave everything you had.

I’m so grateful I got to know you, to fight alongside you, and to call you a friend. Rest easy, Leah. Your impact is far greater than you ever realized.

The most vicious act of betrayal came from the mouth of @HillaryClinton when in a phone call with Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil, on the afternoon of 9/12/12, she admitted she knew the truth about the #Benghazi attacks all along. Hillary said "We know that the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack—not a protest. . . Your [sic] not kidding. Based on the information we saw today we believe the group that claimed responsibility for this was affiliated with al Qaeda." Not only did she tell the Egyptian Prime Minister the attack had nothing to do with the film, she strengthened the statement by prefacing it with “WE KNOW.” Never forget those words and WHEN she said them. They are a permanent foil to every cowardly excuse from Hillary Clinton's mouth blaming "the fog of war" or anyone else for bad intelligence. She said SHE KNEW the truth on 9/12/12.
