Tài khoản Bybit của tôi hiện đang bị đóng băng với số dư 45,000 USDT. Trước đó, tôi thực hiện giao dịch trên DEX Aster, sau đó rút về ví cá nhân (SafePal). Sau khi nhận được tài sản, tôi đã chuyển số tiền này lên Bybit để tiếp tục giao dịch. Ngay sau giao dịch nạp tiền, tài khoản của tôi bị hạn chế/đóng băng.
Tôi đã liên hệ bộ phận hỗ trợ của Bybit hơn một tuần nay nhưng vẫn chưa có hướng giải quyết rõ ràng.
Tôi mong Bybit xem xét và xử lý trường hợp của tôi sớm nhất có thể, đồng thời cung cấp lý do cụ thể về việc đóng băng tài khoản cũng như hướng dẫn để tôi có thể khôi phục quyền truy cập và sử dụng tài sản của mình.
