Hey @HomeDepot perhaps you can work on customer service a little. delivered product damaged and now you tell me to keep it and only pay half price for an unusable product. Horrible customer service.
Heading overseas and my first leg with @AmericanAir was great. Friendly crew and smooth flight. Not a regular with you all but that could change for sure.
@MBonvoyAssist Unfortunately this will negatively impact the whole group since the hotel is overcharging me $3500. By the time the money is put back on the card I’ll be headed home. Good people. Bad situation. Not enough being done to make it right.
Staying at @LePavillon New Orleans. The reservations were totally messed up but Paula and Amia have been working diligently for over 40 minutes to get it right. @MarriottBonvoy this was not typical of my stays with you all. Needs work but these ladies are stellar.
@LePavillon and @MarriottBonvoy need to do better. The credit card placed for incidentals was charged for full room charges even though rooms were paid in full. That’s $3500 in over charges. Being told nothing can be done for 3-5 days. Unacceptable.
Hey @SouthwestAir huge shout out to gate agent Amanda in STL. She was super kind and patient even when customers weren’t the kindest. These are the people you need to keep!
