Bullying in schools isn’t limited to the children. Our page was founded to try & help save a valuable & deserving head teacher from being removed from his post.
@LyndaWraight @WhiteHorseFed@DerrySave @OxMailIndyaC @JasonSlaymaker Add to that pension funding, national insurance and tax on benefits in kind, pre tax profits are negligible. It’s criminal.
@LyndaWraight @WhiteHorseFed@DerrySave @OxMailIndyaC @JasonSlaymaker Well said.. The CEO of @WhiteHorseFed is on at least 150k and that’s based on last years accounts..
That’s without taking into account expenses or the possible income of other associated companies and there’s 2 schools run by them in bicester having funding cuts,
Same federation @WhiteHorseFed running another academy in the same town.. @bicesternews@TheOxfordMail@Cherwellcouncil this is beyond horrendous and this must be investigated at the highest level. 2 schools now. Are they really fit to run a new one in bicester?
Another @WhiteHorseFed run academy ruining our children’s education. This academy is not fit to run schools. Bullying stems from the top down!

@NicholasMawer@TheOxfordMail@JasonSlaymaker @DennisDenvan Hi Dennis, I know you would like to stay private regarding this situation, I feel you maybe pleased to see this chain of messages. Bearing in mind the conversations we’ve had you maybe able to help with further information to those tagged. Thank you as always
@NicholasMawer@TheOxfordMail@JasonSlaymaker @LyndaWraight please be assured that this is being taken very seriously, please take time to read the support that Nicholas is giving the school and community. It maybe that we could arrange a meeting with them in the first instance and they can help us voice our concerns.
@LyndaWraight @WhiteHorseFed@capstick_nick We feel it unjust the foundation feel it is appropriate to meet on a one to one basis. They are in turmoil, staff are leaving another Bicester school, Moral is low & there is no word of replacing the staff. we suggest it’s within their best interests to call a community meeting.
How long should a parent wait for a meeting with the Regional Director of the Academy that runs your daughters school? 1 week? 2 weeks? 3 weeks ... it will be 4 weeks on Friday and still no date confirmed! @WhiteHorseFed@capstick_nick@DerrySave#WeWantAnswers#SayNoToBullying
Always two sides to a story but I have to say that we were gutted when Mr Derry moved on from caretaking the headship at my son's school. He brought the school to life, inspired the children and really included the parents. A great loss to Bicester children imo @DerrySave
