@campbellclaret@andyburnham Sorry. I was under the misapprehension that he was answerable to us and we the electorate might like to know how he performs under some scrutiny. Silly me.
@lukejcr Where as you are elocution personified and have no flaws whatsoever I suppose there are no Labour MPs who didn’t agree with vaccines or some who behave with misogyny. As for Putin it’s noticeable you use the word apparent as you clearly have no proof.
@Iromg I think everyone is missing the point. None of this would have happened if Josh Simons hadn’t resigned. It’s ironic that Labour are heavily campaigning for a seat they already held and this is not being done to benefit Makerfield but rather Burnham’s ambition.
@deanbegley1 Have you chevked the demographic of Makerfield. I doubt it. Check out what the Tower Hamlets Labour teams demographic was I suspect it was rather different than Reforms Makerfield team.
@MatthewTorbitt You’ve suddenly become very Labour again Matthew. Just because he lives there etc doesn’t mean he cares enough, because if he wins he’ll soon be moving to London.
@Keir_Starmer You’re an absolute disgrace. You’re anti free speech , anti democratic and in terms of understanding the feelings of most British people, you are tone deaf. For once in your life do the decent thing and go!
@NadiaWhittomeMP If he’s your most popular politician you really have got a problem. Despite all the media hype , he’s done nothing outstanding in Manchester but now he and you have the arrogance to think he can just waltz into a seat in Makerfield and then into Downing St.
@AndyRejoinEU@DaleVince Percentages don’t really count. It’s the number of seats won that counts. When Corbyn stood he got a bigger percentage of the vote than Starmer did in 2024 but still lost.
