I've almost no words to describe what Canadian mining giant Hudbay is doing to the Santa Rita Mountains near Tucson, AZ. The first 20 seconds show the Rosemont side, then the ridge line, then the west side. Hudbay plans to remove 2.5 miles of the ridge line. Mountain top removal.

Breaking: Footage of AZ Gov. Doug Ducey's shipping container border wall being illegally placed on federal land in jaguar critical habitat. If completed 3,000 containers will stretch 10 miles and cost $95 million. That could buy 900,000 school books or 23 million school lunches.
