Best part is, some "justice" system resources just release criminals to go out and perform more violent activities.

@SenFeinstein It isn't the weapon, it is the ammo....and pretty much every rifle produced is capable of penetration of a vest made to stop pistols (hint, that is the type most police wear).

Just a little hint, "style" doesn't make it a military firearm.
