@SandieBlickem @Deliveroo @wagamamauk @wagamama_uk Tbf @wagamama_uk are usually really good, I have them often but this time it wasn’t great at all and I expected @deliveroo to understand but they didn’t care at all and I just got some generic reply about food prep that’s not their issue.

Ordered some from at @wagamamauk through @Deliveroo and it arrived with no broth and congealed noodles in one big thick clump, I complained to deliveroo for the first time but no refund as it’s a food preparation issue?? This wasn’t what I expected when I’m paying £20!

@Deliveroo @wagamamauk I already tried via the app. I’m not looking for compensation or a resolution at this stage. I ended up deleting my account because both the food quality and the way the complaint was handled fell far below what I expected.

@tesla_uk Shocking customer service 😡 Tried 3 times to get a key card for our Model Y! 5-minute job!
1. Drove 21 miles, told no key cards on weekends
2. Yesterday, bought cards but no one could pair them
3. Today, another site couldn’t fit us in while stuck charging + updating.

@RoyalMailHelp I was due to have two items collected yesterday but they weren’t collected. Re-submitted for collection today and still no one has been. I’ve never had this trouble before, can you advise to what’s happened as I’m going to have to take them myself tomorrow 😩
