My vehicle got a fake challan yesterday I put grievance On MTP app but still it shows in process as I would like to clarify that it was fake fine as neither my vehicle in evidence nor number matching so I think it was a typing mistake!

I am a female passenger travelling alone with two small children (ages 5 and 4) on Train No. 11062 on 10/02/2026. My ticket status is RAC (B4/47). With two young children, it is very difficult and unsafe to manage on a shared RAC seat.
