@lungsoftheocean The biggest struggle is managing my rate per client. Do I concede and flat rate or alway go through the rigor to find Budget, Authority, Need and Timing. Flat rate compromises small budgets but cool projects while shooting myself to big clients. my silver bullet please.

@lungsoftheocean Personally, leaders that want the encouragement usually are not the best fit. I do feel leaders need a small safe spot for their vulnerabilities but that's not for the world to see, they need to be strength, even if its a perceived strength.

@lungsoftheocean This is great. Being a great leader is a lonely role. I believe that most great leaders truly care less about self praise but praise for their flock and the flocks work. The gratification comes from their personal growth, Confidence and success with the job to be done.
