Hi my order from the 8th hasn’t been delivered by @YodelOnline (shock horror) and it’s apparently been sent back to you.
According to them I need to contact you. But no one is replying to emails and I’ve no beer and I’m out of pocket.
What’s gannin on? 🤷♂️
Mind you… @BrewDog states they will reply within 72 hours… SEVENTY TWO HOURS.
How many problems must you have where as a company you think replying to a customer within 72 hours is acceptable.
Improve your logistics, your product, or hire more people. Ffs man.

@fesshole Worked in libraries 20 odd years ago. Most had maximum fines of 4/6 weeks.
Well done for saving about £6.40 and wasting your local authorities time and money you absolute whopper.
