@billritter7 The NY dept of health appealed that decision last night so there is an automatic stay right now and the mandate will stay in place, at least for now. I am grateful.

@drgurner Puerto Rico is beautiful and the weather is well, way better than here in the winter, but the laws there are very different than they are here. I would def do your research. It’s not as easy to buy and sell there as you may think. Just by personal experience.
