Femshep/destroy is canon by everyone preferring it, and the trailers and lithograph show it. (Though shep gender will be optional still)

Shepard was sent to kill the reapers. Geth are machines, the players like them but realistically they don’t matter. Shepard isnt going to miss the chance to kill all the reapers to save a robot.

@CagedNephilimN7 The Geth aren’t worth the risk is synthesis though. Over the trilogy Shepard causes destruction frequently. She destroys the batarian relay, she destroys the collector base. It’s not about saving every life (or in the Geth and EDI’s case, “life”) it’s about ending all AI.

If I’m bound to 4 or 5, 5 is more logical because it’s the 5 main game and even if Shepard is back, and although destroy IS canon, Shepard is likely not the main protagonist.
