How to threaten someone with positivity :-
1. You will be ok. You have no choice.
2. Everything will turn out fine. You can not stop it.
3. You will succeed. It is inevitable.
(PS : Sometimes works for self too)
Last week I inflicted a 1 week stairs climbing self challenge upon myself. 500 floors looked doable.
The week ended today with the realization that just when u think u've reached ur limits, u can always push ur body a little more.
Legs are now dead though.
Floor Count - 1144.
Update : Turns out u don't need to limit ur challenges. You just need to challenge ur limits.
Thought I'd attempt a 200 floor climb + half marathon distance every day for 1 week.
End of week stats:-
Floors- 1624
Distance- 181 km
Steps- 2.5 lakhs
TL;DR : Human body is amazing
One of my observations from Social Media has been that 'woke' people here are the biggest fucking hypocrites ever. Just express any opinion contrary to theirs and watch the assholes turn into everything they claim to hate - vicious, bitter, intolerant and gang up against you.
