@HarryTrimble@SLCComms This reminds me of Lloyds and their new Voice ID. Initially I wasn't sure whether I wanted to register (thinking whether voice can actually by 'unique') but had similar issues in the past so went for it.
Super excited about this new service. YP in Lambeth can now access online counselling via Kooth. Work on the Streatham pilot has highlighted how critical good emotional well-being is for our YP. Having a universal, responsive, digital support offer is a massive step forward.
