claudia is the ultimate victim in this story. she’s not seen, she’s not heard, she’s not chosen and she’s not avenged, and there’s nothing she or anybody else can do to change this. it’s the tragedy of her life.
crazy theory but what if armand told lestat that claudia was losing it like nicki and that’s why lestat lets her be killed because he thinks it’s a mercy killing like nicki….
PSA friends, this is a phishing scheme that goes around trying to get money. There are many other tweets claiming to have received the same thing and have had the discord ask them for money in exchange for removal of reports. If you receive this, ignore and move on :)
All we know about the train scene is that Lestat did not threaten to rape Claudia. Everything else is speculation as to why she wrote what she wrote in her diary. That being said, if she did lie to Louis knowing that it would motivate him to leave their abuser, in what world 🧵
it does actually mildly concern me you have louis who seems to be enter into a psychosis and is dealing hard with his grief and people just…care about his random lawyer side piece 😭
undoubtedly one of my favourites sequences in the show ever. just a phenomenal piece of filmmaking for a tv series, achieving the perfect levels of camp - the purposeful, tongue-in-cheek exaggeration that is nevertheless completely genuine, art within art.
thank you for bringing this tweet back. this scene is like the perfect example of what sam meant when he said that yearning is what makes the show erotic
